Solar Lights - DIY Quick Fix

One of the best things about blogging is finding those GENIUS ideas out there that make you just want to Jump Up and Down they are so great!!! Kathe over at Kathe With an E posted a super easy quick fix for all those cheap solar lights that I have been throwing away for years!!! (&#$&$!1(&#&!!!

  3. Be very careful of using alkaline batteries...use rechargeable batteries instead. Even with the low charge rate it is possible to overheat and cause it to leak acid.

  4. OMG! KathE....I am soooo thankful I saw a Pin of this today...just when I needed them most! I hesitate to say that I have actually "thrown" some of these lights out...why oh why I didn't think to unscrew the silly things I don't know. Thank you so much for posting this!   5. I found out about changing the batteries about a year ago. Still a great tip !

  6. the batteries in my lights are small chubby ones and I cannot seem to find them.
    Any suggestions. They are 150 mah
