Wow January flew by didn't it? Leigh and I started our first
Whole 30 on January 5th and have 3 more days to go. I can't believe I've made it almost 30 days without real or fake sugar! We plan to continue the plan for the foreseeable future with only a few additions. How about you? Did you make any resolutions? We are taking it one month at a time this year.
